Returns Policy

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND A RMA #

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us at 972-331-1090 or "sales@dallasladder.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order and issue a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number.

You may return most new, unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. (Shipping to International, Hawaii and Alaska require customer quotes.)

When you place a domestic order, we will calculate an estimated shipping cost in your cart and order. These freight costs are normally correct. Certain long length items and any special shipping or handling request may n
ecessitate a change in shipping cost. If we need to make a change to the shipping cost you will be notified before any shipment is made.
